We write sad songs. Sometimes we write melodic hardcore songs. Sometimes we write softer, emo songs. Sometimes we even write acoustic songs. We formed in 2013. Since then we've toured the US, released a bunch of EP's and an album, and our last tour before lock down was Japan. Hoping to continue our journey when things go back to normal...
Official Bio:
Secret Keeper formed in 2013 following vocalist Kyle Burrier and guitarist Thomas Filbert leaving their previous band. Together the pair wrote the band’s debut single and EP before being joined by other members. One year later Secret Keeper would release another EP titled "Losing Sleep" while the band continued to tour across the United States. After a short break in 2015, the band would come back to release their single, "Gravestones," followed by another EP released in 2016 titled "Ghost" before the band would see some member changes.
Secret Keeper persevered through continuing to hone its sound, releasing singles while playing shows, and working on their debut full length seeing influences from bands like Being As An Ocean, Bring Me The Horizon, and Armor For Sleep. August 2019 saw the band join The Arkham Agency for booking followed by tour announcements and the much anticipated full length release, "Cemetery Feelings."
After touring throughout the US in the winter of 2019, Secret Keeper embarked on it's first international tour in early 2020 to Japan. Upon returning to the US and due to the pandemic, all tours were cancelled until further notice... Not to be discouraged, Secret Keeper spent the remainder of the year writing new songs, and releasing new content. Once it was deemed safe, Secret Keeper began touring and focusing on music again. Secret Keeper now prepares for one of their most refined and polished releases, "Dear love, I let you go." (EP)
